今年2020年は駒井哲郎生誕100周年で、私が1973年から4年間駒井教授に銅版画の指導を受けた体験を振り返って、駒井芸術の本質を追求しました。また私はこれまで明らかにされなかった事実を、家族や友人達の証言を基にして芸術家、駒井哲郎の原像に迫りました。この記事を読む多くの人々が過去の事実の誤謬を拭い去り、駒井芸術の美の本質を再び探求していくことを願って止みません。
This
year, 2020 is the 100th anniversary of the birth of Tetsuro Komai, and I
looked back on my experience of being taught artist engraving by
Professor Komai for four years from 1973, and pursued the essence of
Komai art. I also approached the original statue of the artist based on
many testimonies of families and friends had not been revealed so far. I
hope that many readers of this article will wipe away the errors of the
past and re-explore the essence of the beauty of Komai art.
